The BEST 9K Series is perfect for both retrofits and new constructions. The BEST 9K is a robust, secure Grade 1 cylindrical lock. It boasts a solid stainless steel latch with a 9/16" throw, and front 2 1/4" and 1 1/8" beveled handles. The lever handles are plated zinc alloy, with trim in brass or bronze. It features an ANSI 2 3/4" standard strike, plus an optional STK (flat strike). The chassis is made of zinc alloy and corrosion-treated steel, with a 2 1/16" diameter cross bore. The lock fits 1 3/4" or 2 1/4" doors, with spacers for 1 3/8" doors. It includes a 6-pin non-IC brass cylinder key and a 6- or 7-pin SFIC option, with various keyway choices.
