EZBiopure TPE Tubing, a bi-layer pharmaceutical-grade Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) tubing, is designed for peristaltic pump use. It offers excellent flex crack resistance, a low friction coefficient, and a smooth bore for minimal contamination and enhanced fluid flow. The outer layer, made from abrasion-resistant, FDA-compliant TPE, reduces spallation, while the inner layer resists alcohol-based solvents and preservatives. Manufactured and packaged in a Class 10000 clean room, it's suitable for in-situ sterilization and outperforms Imaprene Tubing. It has low permeability, is free of plasticizers like Phthalate/Bisphenol-A, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +135°C. Standard dimensions are in mm, with inches for reference only.
